"WRITING OUR HEARTS OPEN" groups:
These groups are designed to bypass the conditioned and critical mind and discover the joy of opening, and allowing words to flow straight from the heart. This is a dynamic process suitable to all writing levels and interest.

ON-GOING MONDAY EVENING GROUP
Meets 2nd & 4th Mondays
6:30-9:00pm
Downtown Hayward
There are currently openings in the evening group.

DAY-LONG WRITING WORKSHOPS
Last Saturday of each month
10am-5:30pm
 Location to be determined
Because a minimum number of participants are necessary for group, advance registeration is required.
